Not at all. Though I may not be a huge fan of Pokemon, there is no way Starforce even compares.

Starforce is like watching crappy storylines play out via loooooooooong dialogue and budget animations using sprites with probably 12 frames total and the same backgrounds over and over again. And when you finally DO get to play, it's probably the easiest thing you'll ever do.
I played through the entire game. It's crap.
The only thing that is even CLOSE to being similar to Pokemon is the fact that it was sold in multiple versions.

Two actually, if the rumor is true.

Starforce 2 has already been made in Japan. It sucked. Regardless of that though, they're supposedly going head first into making a Star Force 3.

ZX is not getting the same treatment, which makes very little sense.

Star Force isn't a PokeMon rip off. Neither is Battle Network. They just have similar qualities.

That's like saying Zelda is a ripoff of Final Fantasy.
