The whip. Chain rod is the "Technical" term for it. Sorry if I see no rod.

I hated all the weapons I tried equally. Even the saber sucked.

No, it doesn't. It's got a shorter range, less power and is slower. They also added a Charge function, which wasn't actually needed.

Yeah, I beat Zero 1 on hard mode without cyber elves with all A ranks.

Not that hard really, you just need to save after every mission and have mad 1337 skills at mmz! LOLOL!!!!111one2

The rankings were brutal on you anyways. I got a 93% on some stage in MMZ1, and got a C rank -_-

I beat MMZ1 ONLY with every cyber elf, including the life bar increases, and then the double/ triple life bar. I had more health than a boss and they could STILL kill me. Big pile of wtf right there.

Actually the game's are still pretty poor once we get past the Cyber Elves. I actually preferred the fourth for almost totally removing them.

The Buster. Twas the only weapon I liked. The Saber had a pathetic range and the other weapons were pretty bad.
