Season 3?

That's what I'm on right now. My roommate and I are starting Episode 6 next.

Nope, they just finished season 4.

You'll know what I'm talking about when it happens.

Season 4 is over?

Because yeah, I know that's the latest season, but I thought it just started. Or whatever.

I hadn't been keeping track.

For the record, I'm lovin' Season 3, though it's already a LOT darker than the early two seasons.

How about you stop playing WoW on Mondays or just stop playing altogether since it is stupid. Oh wait, you play WoW. So that means that you can't skip one day and there is nothing more important.

Watching Heroes on NBC.com, from the first episode of this season.

I FINALLY get why Sylar cuts open people's heads to get their abilities!

Did Heroes get really pretentious at some point, or is it just me?

Peter needs to stop being a bitch.

This season has also been almost unbearably oppressive.

ESPECIALLY the rape implications. Yeah, they came right out and said it didn't happen, but you KNOW that's how they're going to treat the situation the same way emotionally.

I think about midway through season two it started getting pretentious, but I can't seem to stop watching it.

Peter, indeed, needs to man up.

And yeah, they will be treating the whole thing with sylar like that.

EDIT: Watching 302 on NBC.com, and yes, that IS how they're treating it.

Son of Edit: Aaaaand, they're making Sylar seem like a rapist, in addition to being a murderer.

EDIT III: Peter's mom gets around.

It's also getting harder to ignore the #####ty acting.

When a show goes into it's 3rd season, I expect some improvement.

I could live with it before, back when the story drew me in, but the story is getting repetitive, and draws that much more focus to overacting and crocodile tears.

The only character I even like anymore is Hiro. His subplot tends to actually move the main story along.

It got somewhat pretentious I guess, but not "really pretentious".

And I agree on the how-they'll-treat-that thing with the rape implications. Like how she can't feel anything anymore and feeling trapped and how it's about power and #####. But at the same time, they're trying to bring some comic elements in there and they do that kind of issue mirroring in comics all the time. It's still annoying though.

I was watching Hell's Kitchen last night and it was all like woooooooahhh he's crazy cause the chef guy is always so mean! And like everyone was crying! And that one Asian dude was crying too and I wanted to give him a hug but I couldn't cause he was on tv and I was in my living room. D:

Having just now seen the third episode, I may have to abandon the show.

The writing is getting groan inducing.

Heroes is going the way of the soap opera.

My friends and I were talking about House tonight, and then I said I missed three episodes of Heroes and had to catch up, and this one girl was like "Oh, I've never seen Heroes, is it good?"

So I said, "Well, I wish I didn't start watching it because it's not really that great."

Which is honestly exactly how I feel about the show, but I like it enough to follow it, but obviously not enough to have tuned it for the last three weeks.

I hated his character at first, and I would always say "Heroes is cool except for Peter," and then he slowly became arguably the most important character... and I dealt with it. But I didn't like it.

Hiro was always the best.

Just finished watching Season 3 of Weeds.

What happened was, I started re-watching Season 1, and my roommate started watching it with me, and then we made it to Season 2 in like two nights.

And we have stand-up comedy nights with a bunch of our friends almost every night, and one night I just popped in Season 3 because my roommate and I really wanted to see what happened after that crazy Season 2 cliffhanger.

So, we had like 6 people crammed into our room watching 3 or 4 episodes of Weeds every night all for a few days.

It was pretty cool.

Season 3 was fantastic, by the way. I have no idea how Season 4 is gonna' start, and I think I have to download the episodes to watch it, but I think I'm gonna' take a break for a bit, anyway.

I've been saying from the start that anyone with hash marks or whatever those are was GIVEN powers and they didn't develop naturally like some others.

... Who almost all seem to be in the same #####ing family. And that's my big problem with the show. Everyone's related to everyone and it's extraordinarily bat##### #####ing crazy to keep writing like that, not to mention completely annoying.

But I really do quite like it, and it's better than season 2 so far at least (not that that's really a feat)...

You say "future" Peter like it makes a difference.

Peter has been a dink every step of the way.

THANK you.

Also, on the subject of Hiro. Well. I guess he was always awesome in that he's comedic and stuff but I think he was quickly overrated/overhyped. Like, he's great. OK. But people don't relax about it. I'm glad they're seemingly taking him down a darker road or whatever because he's a good character but needs to not be a joke every damn episode.

Friends and I were talking last year, we realized he has the potential to be an incredible villain. Do I want to see that? No, not really. But maybe one of those things where it's like "Future Hiro is evil!" kind of things would be cool.

Anyway, neither Peter nor Hiro are my favourite character. I don't think they're even close, really.

They weren't given powers. The idea behind those was that they were injected with a tracking isotope so they could be found easier.
There is a satellite system in place by the company that tracks them.

I used to do some of the internet based things from the show, but quit during season 2 as each week would have taken maybe 5 hours to catch up on everything. I haven't even read the graphic novels for months, I've been meaning to catch up and see what everything is about.

I really don't count anything that doesn't happen in the show, even if the comic is official I just don't care about it if they didn't think it important enough to put into the show. Anyway I didn't mean the marks signify that they were given powers exactly, I just think those people were. Or at least a lot of them. Like Nikki, for example. Possibly Matt but I don't really care either way.

Nikki's the only character I really don't get. Her power was always the one that confused me most, and now her new storyline (only seen the first two episodes this season) is confusing me even more. I feel like I'm forgetting something from the last season.

Anyway, my favorite characters would probably be Hiro, Sylar, and Nathan.

Hiro, just 'cause. Yeah, Mike already covered that he's over-praised and whatnot, but I still like him. He's endearing. I also like Ando for that matter, so it's a fun duo.

Sylar is just a great character. He's one of the few I really enjoyed and appreciated.

Nathan has something about him that I really like. I've always liked his character, straight from the beginning. I still can't put my finger on it.

I used to really like Matt, too, but not so much anymore.

Nikki's power; Super-strength. I think that's it, really. The double personality thing was probably not part or related to her power but her strength might have made it easier for the Jessica personality to take over.

My favourite character right now is Elle. But that speedster chick is cool too. In the first season my favourite character was actually  a tie with DL and Mohinder, but he's become increasingly lame since the first season and DL is currently dead.

I like Matt a lot but he didn't get much episodes before now. Actually, Molly was also one of my favourite characters.

I've only seen one episode of the American version of The Office. It was good after a while, but I don't get the hype.
