This topic exists in the hope that newcomers to MMM will not clog the forum with one-question topics, and topics that have already been raised several times.

Basically, it exists to solve simple pleas, so if you're looking for help in a Battle Network Series game, or you have a simple question about this series, ask it here.

Any speculation as to why neither PharaohMan.exe or any other WWW navis never showed up after MMBN2? There's no logical explanation, other than the fact that Megaman permanently deleted him in their duel in the WWW Area; as unlikely as that is.

BCC is not a game. Just an easy way for Inticreates and Capcom to rake in money by making a GBA Movie in sprite form.

BCC was a pretty fun WSC game, and it's enjoyable in it's own merit.

Though... Was there any other better character to use beside Slash Beast or Beastman or whatever his name was? You know, the broken guy that attacked three times at the start of his turn and then had his chip combo's to use.

Was he in the GBA one?

Either way, I'm going to explain my experiences with that game:

I hadn't played a BN game in ages, and I decided to give it another. I heard BCC was fun, and I gave I bought it on a whim.

The end.

OK, I've got few questions. In BN 6 Falzar, how am I supposed to get the secret chips? And when/if I get them, how do I power the SP chips up or are they at their max power when I get them? Oh, and can I fight the Link Navies in the Graveyard Area in any way, as they have their tombstones there?

I think if you beat them in under 10 seconds you get max power. Or at least that's how it is in Star Force..

And then I suppose I can fight the Gregar Link Navies in Falzar? Oh yeah, that leads me to another question. What's the best way to delete GroundMan under ten secs? I have a strategy that works for everyone except him, 'cause during his attacks he always moves to my area.
EDIT: ... I have no Idea why that was double-posted.

Fireman, Elecman, Napalman...you didn't mention Shadowman or Knightman. Anyway that was only a partial answer to my question. Why doesn't Pharaohman.exe re-appear?

If you want to be HONEST about it and go by canon, he was deleted prior to MMBN 2, in Transmission.

Truth be told, the extra areas never hold any barring to the actual game plots, and are just extras for players to continue on in the game and not feel ripped off. MMBN 5 TP would have been MUCH more awkward when you got to Napalm Man if Megaman really fought him in the extra area of MMBN 2.
Face it, Bass was introduced as an extra in the first game, and at the end of the second one, he was constantly talked about and even had a copy of him to fight. Based on the Pharoah Man logic, Lan and Mega would have already known he was Bass, instead of being so suprised when the copy was unvieled.
Just saying.

Because I have hope, Kamon. Because I have hope.

One day I'll pick up a BN game, or even NT or CC, and I'll play it and have fun. I swear I will one day, perhaps after visits from the Ghost of Battle Network Past, Present and Yet to Come.

It will take me to a future where I'll be standing over the grave of BN and everyone around me will be laughing and making fun of it, "the worst RPG ever" they will call it. I'll then be put back in the present where I'll spend time with BN while it's still alive, I'll buy it the biggest turkey from the butcher just so it won't feel so bad about being a terrible game, and we'll make fun of Star Force together until the cows come home.

Star Force is... entirely a different story.

I like BN, but 4 and 5 in particular are absolute failures as far as I'm concerned.  I only occasionally insert one of those cartridges into my GBA whenever I feel like making a halfhearted attempt at trying to connect my folder theme throughout the series.

5 was better than 4 by a long shot, but it was still lacking compared to the first 3 games. 6 is pretty much the same, an improvement over the previous title in some aspects but still lacking in others.

I never bothered to buy past 4. Frankly, I was mildly disappointed in 3 since 2 completely topped it, and 4 was just puke.

Personally, I thought battling in BN3 was much more fun than 2, but yes. BN2's storyline creates no competition.
