Meh; I called it. I knew you guys would react that way.

But seriously the character models for X8 did not look right to me.

Wait...Let me rephrase that: The character models for X8 are downright horrible. The cut scenes were excellent...Thats about it. I played the first level and seriously wondered why I paid 20$ for it.

And quite honestly I thought the 2D and 3D mixture in X7 was cool. Keep the safety on your gun, just stating an opinion here.

I loved X8, and I think it was worth the $38 >.>

Well, not $38 =_=

The designs were fresh and cool, a bit weird, but nice IMO.

The voices? Well, if X was played by Mark Gatha, I'm entitled to love it.

X was made by Thomas #####ING Light.  The single greatest, most genius character in Mega Man canon.  This is the man who's work was top of the line and completely untouchable over a century after his death.  His program and hardware should be immune to damn near everything outside the planet collapsing into a singularity.  But that's just my opinion.

X7 IS better than BCC, if only because you actually get to PLAY X7 (though why anyone would want to is beyond me).  But don't fool yourself.  X8 is some solid fail as well.

Most likely the second one by the way he said it.

Destroy all the little holes/cannons that he uses to shoot you with. After they're gone, you can damage him. Shoot his face with Sonic Slicer.

If you want to believe the BS new age "suffering circuit" incompatibility as what the maverick virus is, then X would be canonly immune since he had the original program.
